Our Vision
Armenia envisions a country characterized by safety and prosperity, firmly rooted in christian values. Guided by biblical principles, public administration and human relations prioritize integrity and compassion. Trust in the elected government is widespread, while families uphold traditional values and strength. Children and family sanctity are cherished, and respect for parents and elders is pervasive. Teachers are equipped with knowledge, patience, and a deep love for their students. The armed forces, equipped with cutting-edge technology, stand ready to defend the nation's borders and citizens. The economy flourishes, fostering a populace that finds genuine happiness in living within a secure, industrious, and God-centered society.

 

Our Mission
Our mission is to guide the Armenian nation towards the realization of a society aligned with divine principles. We strive to cultivate Christian democratic values, fostering a just, empathetic, and inclusive community that upholds the dignity and rights of every individual. Our endeavor is to pursue sustainable development, nurture social harmony, and pursue the common good.

Our Goals

1. Our goal is to create a supportive and dynamic network of influencial people that promotes mutual learning, growth, and collective action towards addressing complex national, regional and global challenges. We aspire to empower the members of "301 ULD" to drive positive change within their respective spheres of influence, while also inspiring them to collaborate across boundaries for the greater good of society in Armenia.

  • Accordingly, our objective is to establish a comprehensive leadership development program aimed at cultivating, training, coaching, and uniting leaders from diverse fields and backgrounds. Through this initiative, we seek to harness the collective expertise and potential of leaders across various sectors to foster collaboration, innovation, and impactful leadership practices. We will provide tailored training and coaching sessions that address the specific needs and challenges faced by leaders in different domains, while also emphasizing the importance of cross-disciplinary collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

Our DNA
The essence of "301 Leadership Development Union" NGO's  DNA encompasses its calling, fundamental beliefs, and cultural values. These elements shape every aspect of our organization and are embodied by each member, reflecting our roots in Christian democratic leadership philosophy.

 

Our calling 

Our calling is enhance the prosperity and well-being of the Armenian nation, by empowering leaders to drive positive transformation within their respective spheres of influence. We belief that God has a plan for the Armenian nation, and we are deeply committed to playing a significant role in bringing the Kingdom of God to Earth.

 

Our fundamental beliefs are based in the Nicene Creed:

Our Values

The bellow mentioned 10 values of "301 Leadership Development Union" NGO are the essence of leadership, guiding principles that shape actions and decisions. They serve as the adhesive binding people together, fostering unity and cohesion. Our values provide the groundwork upon which our organization is constructed, by setting the benchmark for ethical conduct and behavior.

The values act as a guiding light, providing direction and purpose, and attract individuals who share similar beliefs and principles, acting as a unifying force. Our cultural values are akin to fingerprints, uniquely defining and identifying who we are as individuals and as a community.

 

Our 10 cultural values are:  

1. Value, belief and unconditionally love people: (Golden Rule). At the heart of our organization lies a profound commitment to valuing people, rooted in the belief that every individual possesses inherent worth and deserves respect. We embrace the principle of unconditional love, recognizing the importance of empathy, compassion, and acceptance in our interactions with others. This belief underscores our dedication to fostering inclusive and supportive environments where all individuals are valued, cherished, and empowered to thrive.

2. Positive attitude: A positive attitude is not just a trait but a cornerstone of effective leadership. It serves as a powerful catalyst for inspiring and motivating others towards shared goals. Leaders with a positive outlook are resilient in the face of challenges, seeing setbacks as opportunities for growth and innovation. Their optimism creates a ripple effect, fostering a culture of enthusiasm, creativity, and collaboration within their teams. By radiating positivity, leaders not only uplift the morale of their followers but also cultivate an environment where individuals feel valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential. Intentional living requires clarity about one's priorities and a commitment to taking proactive steps towards achieving them. Our leaders by prioritizing their faith are inspired by principles of love, justice, and compassion, fostering a culture of integrity and ethical governance. By seeking divine guidance and remaining steadfast in their beliefs, "301 LDU" leaders will navigate complex issues with humility and grace, promoting unity and reconciliation within communities. Moreover, faith empowers our leaders to approach their responsibilities with humility and servant-heartedness, prioritizing the well-being and dignity of all citizens. The core beliefs, values and culture of MLA instruct, inform, and inspire the life of organization, helping MLA to nurture an environment of servant leadership, and personal growth, and mutual benefit which has led us to become the regional representative of the largest leadership training organization in the world.
