Our Roots
"301 Union for Leaders Development" is a Non-Governmental Organization established to promote in Armenia Christian democratic values, principles, nurturing a fair, compassionate, and all-embracing society that respects the dignity and rights of each person. We are dedicated to advancing sustainable progress, fostering unity among Armenian people, and striving for the collective welfare.
We believe that leadership and issues relating to leadership in any capacity are crucial in many facets of life. This belief is rooted in the understanding that everything rises and falls on leadership, and that leadership is influence, nothing more, nothing less.
We acknowledge the immense benefits of mobilizing patriotic Armenian leaders and fostering collaboration. By uniting our efforts, we not only overcome challenges more efficiently but also cultivate innovation, inspire collective action, and strengthen our sense of community. Together, we can achieve greater resilience, progress, and prosperity for Armenia and its people. This understanding led us to establish the "301 ULD" NGO.
